Terms of Service
The plain-English ground rules for working with us.
Effective: April 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rolivingwater.com and the reverse-osmosis dispenser rental, sales, and service offered by RO Living Water ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or agreeing to service, you accept these Terms.
1. The 7-day free trial
We install a unit at your location at no cost for seven (7) days. If you decide it's not a fit, we remove it - no cancellation fee, no restocking charge, no obligation.
2. Rental service
- Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice after the trial.
- Monthly rate includes the dispenser, routine filter swaps, standard service calls, and sanitization per the manufacturer schedule.
- We own the equipment; you provide power, water supply, and reasonable access.
3. Purchase
Purchased units are sold as-is with manufacturer warranty. We extend service plans at published rates. Refund and return policies for purchased units are set out in your sales order.
4. Installation & access
You authorize us to enter the installation location to deliver, install, service, and eventually remove the unit. You represent you have the authority to permit installation. We will work around reasonable access restrictions.
5. Payment
Invoices are due on receipt unless your order specifies net-30 terms. Overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the legal maximum, whichever is lower.
6. Liability
We carry commercial liability insurance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
7. Water quality
Our reverse-osmosis systems reduce a wide range of contaminants per NSF/ANSI 58 reference performance. Reduction levels vary with feed water. We do not guarantee removal of any specific contaminant to a specific level unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. SMS & phone communications
If you provide your phone number, you consent to service-related calls and text messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
9. Disputes
Disputes will first be addressed informally by email. Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of the State of California and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sonoma County, CA.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
