Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

This is your CPRA § 1798.121 right-to-limit request page. As a matter of policy, we do not collect, use, or disclose any category of “sensitive personal information” as defined in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ae). Submitting this form locks that posture in for your records.

Current status: we collect no sensitive PI. There is no Social Security number, driver’s license, financial-account credential, precise geolocation, racial/ethnic, religious, union, contents-of-mail, genetic, biometric, health, or sex-life/orientation information stored anywhere in our systems. The right to limit is therefore not engaged today - this page exists so it is engaged automatically if practices ever change.

What this request covers

Under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121, California residents may direct a business that uses or discloses sensitive personal information for purposes other than those allowed by § 1798.121(a) to limit such use. Allowed purposes are narrow: providing the goods and services reasonably expected, security/fraud prevention, short-term transient use, and certain quality/safety functions.
